Registering for free takes you from browsing to belonging. Inside the Live Music Club you stop just finding events and start building them. Filter artists and venues by city, genre, radius, date range and availability. Start real conversations that lead to real shows. A Democratic Ranking
The position of an event is not decided by us. It is calculated automatically by a transparent formula that rewards real activity: building a complete event, connecting with the people who make your show happen, and earning genuine interest from your audience.
No hidden preferences. No pay-to-win. Every point in the score reflects something real.

Visibility Earned Through Activity
The artist activity factor is calculated on a rolling 12-month window. Every show you play contributes to your score. Every show that falls outside that window stops counting. The result is straightforward: those who work consistently in the live music scene earn more visibility than those who do less — not because the platform excludes anyone, but because the ranking reflects the work that is actually happening right now.
The Support System
Any logged-in user can tap the Support button on an event. Think of it as a public vote of confidence: "I want this to happen." The more support an event collects, the higher it rises in the ranking. It costs nothing and it is one of the most direct ways the community decides what gets seen.
Membership
A membership account is a professional account. It gives you everything in the free plan plus the tools that make Band in Tour a real working platform for people who live music as a profession or a serious pursuit.
As a Member the Live Music Club becomes the Live Music Club Agenda: you can publish your available dates so venues and promoters can find you exactly when they need to fill a slot. That is the difference between being on the map and being in the conversation.
- Live Music Club Agenda: publish your availability calendar and get contacted directly for bookings
- Availability notifications: when you publish new available dates, nearby Member venues and promoters are automatically notified. Touring artists get priority: national tours (home >50km away) and international tours rank higher in the notification feed
- Extended visibility: your profile and events appear in searches up to 365 days ahead, versus 45 days for free accounts
- Advanced search filters: filter by genre, repertoire and date range inside the Live Music Club
- Event flier uploads: attach a poster image to your event listing

A boost is an amplifier. It turns up the volume on your listing, adding direct points to your ranking score and keeping your event prominent from the moment you activate it until the day it happens. No membership required: any registered user can boost their events.
